Planned shutoffs are called by PG&E in high fire-risk weather. Roseville Electric customers are on a separate system.
Straight answer on who I am. I'm an independent solar consultant — I am not a contractor and I am not licensed by CSLB. I don't install anything, I don't perform construction work, and nothing on this page is a bid, a quote, or a price for construction. What I do is help you work out whether solar and a battery make sense for your house, and connect you with a licensed California contractor if they do. You'd contract directly with that contractor, and you get their name and CSLB licence number in writing before you sign anything.
